Project Description

For this ground up 430,000 square foot high school, Capital installed the complete electrical infrastructure, including all site work, athletic field area, pole lights, 150kw generator, and ATS with a full 2-hour fire-rated system on all emergency feeders. Sotomayor’s main service is a 4000 amp main tie main switch gear, which allows the school to fully function on one utility feed if needed. From roughing in the slab to roughing in the walls (cmu, sheetrock, and exposed open shop areas), to trimming out all fixtures, lighting controls, control panels, rooftop equipment, science room equipment, huge auditorium lighting package, etc. Capital also managed the fire alarm sub, intercom, and clock sub, and coordinated and installed raceways for the communication sub as well.
